Flowrapping

BOPP (Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene ) films are produced for use on automatic packaging machinery – Vertical Form, Fill & Seal and Horizontal Flowrappers.

Plain, Micro-perforated, Macro-perforated and Printed films are available in up to Eight Colours including Half Tone.

Anti-mist & Mod. atmosphere Films

ASP produce a range of Anti-mist films with pattern coating in 25 – 40 Micron thickness, offering excellent machinability and high burst strength. Finished product can be printed in up to Eight Colours including Half Tone.

ASP have also developed a range of MAP (Mod. atmosphere Packaging ) which can be adapted to suit customers individual pack requirements. This is achieved by laser perforation

Wicketted Bags

Wicketted produce bags are produced in BOPP, Cast PP and LDPE films. Finished product is available Micro-perforated, or Punch Holed.

Blockheaded, Spot Blockheaded and Self Seal Strip are optional, with print available in up to Eight Colours including Half Tone.

PVC Food Grade Stretch Films

Low migration PVC Stretch Film, suitable for handwrapping application through to automatic stretchwrapping. Film is available non-perforated and produce perforated in various grades and thicknesses.

Polyolefin Food Grade Shrink Films

ASP Polyolefin Films offer hi-clarity presentation aligned to superior film strength.

Bio-degradables

NatureFlex TM: Hi-clarity, Micro-perforated Bio-degradable Flowrap film range,
developed in conjunction with Innovia Films Ltd.. NatureFlex TM can also be converted into bag form.

Bio-degradable and Compostable Produce Netting listed with major UK Supermarkets and used to pack fresh produce in starch based netting.
