Slitting, Micro-perforating, Macro-perforating and Centrefolding

ASP offer a truly versatile service with “ State of the Art “ slitter-rewinders, all of which have the capability of Micro-perforating to P1, P8, P30 and P160 perforation patterns. In addition, ASP offer Macro-perforation with hole diameter of 8 mm.

Converted films range from 10 Micron Acetates to 600 Micron Laminates including BOPP, CPP, HDPE, LDPE & Polyesters.

Finished product can be supplied Singlewound for use on automatic packaging machinery – Vertical Form, Fill & Seal and Horizontal Flowrappers, or Centrefolded, for L Sealer application.

Printed films are available in up to Eight Colours including Half tone, whilst specialist Anti-mist and Coated films are produced to customers individual requirements.

ASP also offer the NatureFlex TM range of Bio-degradable, Micro-perforated Flowrap films.

Bag Making

Computer controlled, Servo-driven bag makers ensure consistently high quality bags are produced at all times. A vast range of bag sizes are available, with repeat lengths from 100 mm - 475 mm in wicketted format, and 75 mm - 600 mm in loose bag form. Bag lengths are available up to 1000 mm.

Finished product can be supplied in various formats including: blockheaded, spot blockheaded, Micro-perforated, Punch holed and Self Seal Strip.
